How to measure?
Measure your waist between your ribs and hip (around the belly button). Pull the tape tight for best measurement. **Do not use pants size to determine the size of your lifting belt**

For maintenance of the belt, it is recommended that you clean it with a microfiber towel, warm water, and soap. *AIR DRY ONLY*, using heat to dry could result in damaging the belt and its integrity.
